Diverse Wine Selection
The Den’s wine list is epic, with a diverse range of wines, many of which, are grown locally in the northwest, for example: The Heritage Cabernet from up and coming Skyfall Vineyard. The Skyfall is creating some of Washington’s best fruit directly across from the Red Mountain AVA.
Another great find comes from Sarah Cabot, highly acclaimed winemaker from Dundee, Oregon. Her 2017 Pinot Noir is unmatched for price and quality and just received 91 pts from James Suckling.
Meredith Smith from Idaho’s Snake River Valley vineyards also has some highly recommended wines including a Rhone style chardonnay, under the Sawtooth label.
Gruet Sparkling Wines made by second generation French winemaker in New Mexico, sourced from Washington, Idaho and California and have a delicate but persistent mousse. The mineral aromas and flavors of bright citrus pair well with bright, light and fresh foods.
